You need to register to participate in the 2021 Spring Meeting from the following URL for “Participation registration”. If you wish to visit the venue to join the plenary events, you need to complete another registration “Visitor registration”. The visitor registration closes upon reaching its capacity (100 people). We will send you an admission pass (PDF) after accepting the registration. Please print out the pass and bring it to the venue.

We would ask that members of MSJ submit a voting form in advance. If they attend the general meeting in the venue, their on-site votes are prioritized.

Depending on the situation related to COVID-19, it may be difficult to hold the plenary events on-site. In that case, the on-site events will be canceled and held as online events. We will decide whether to hold the plenary events on-site as planned or online in consideration of a situation change, and notify by mailing lists and on the website of MSJ around April 16.
