Transportation

Travel arrangements should be made individually. When arriving at Narita International Airport, convenient express bus transportation is available directly from Narita to Tsukuba by the Keisei Express Line. For further information, please visit following sites.

Visa information

Information of visa for visiting Japan can be found in the "Guide to Japanese Visas" at the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs (http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/).

Official invitation letter or other documents for issuing VISA are handled by the secretariat upon your request. If you need documents for visa application from the local organizing committee, you must be registered to the 4th Japan-China-Korea Joint Conference. Please note that the participants who need letter of invitation are requested to complete the registration and payment.

For participants who have registered before the postponement and require visa application, we will reissue the documents for visa application, so please send your new itinerary for making the documents.

For participants who registered in July and require visa application, please send your itinerary and your information written in your passport for making the documents.

Please use the VISA information form for sending us the information necessary for making documents for visa application via E-mail or FAX.

Climate of Tsukuba city

Autumn is a beautiful time with colored leaves in Tsukuba Science City. Daytime average temperature in early November is usually around 12 degrees C.
